I would suggest the following for your horse:
1. Clean the barn/stall with our Surface Cleaner first.
2. Wash your horse in our Pet Shampoo - it will be soothing to the skin and rinses clean. 
3. Spray your horse all over with the Pet Odor & Itch spray, including eyes, ears, hoofs, walls and floors.
4. Add the Pet water additive to your horse's water on a daily basis - two teaspoons to a gallon of water. You can put some drops into the food as well.
I can provide the cleaner and the spray in gallon size if the products seem to be working for you.
