If you're not receiving transactional emails, there are 2 steps to follow to understand why and prevent this from occurring.
1. Going to spam: Please check your spam folder. If the emails are in spam, then you only need to mark them as 'not spam'. Each email provider/host has slightly different procedures so follow whatever step is necessary so that emails in spam that are not supposed to be are properly identified as 'OK'
2. Blacklisted: It's possible that our 'sending' server is blacklisted by your email provider/host. If this is the case, then you need to contact your email provider directly and ask them to 'whitelist' our sending server.
P2ProbioticPower uses two senders for transactional emails:
- BigCommerce (order confirmation, email reset, etc)
- ShipStation (order shipments, tracking links, order delivery)
If you are not receiving order confirmations, then contact your email provider and ask them to whitelist the sender @BigCommerce.
If you are not receiving order shipments or tracking links or order deliveries, then contact your email provider and ask them to whitelist the sender @ShipStation.
Note; in both cases, you'll be receiving emails in your inbox that list the sender as: [email protected]. The problem is at the email host that needs correcting so getting our sender host 'whitelisted' is the solution.
